Estate-Grown Olive Oil from the Heart of the Luberon

At the foot of the Luberon in Provence, we cultivate 3,000 organic olive trees across our 10-hectare family estate. For more than 50 years, our family has been dedicated to producing exceptional olive oil rooted in tradition, sustainability, and respect for nature.

Our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil AOP Provence is naturally rich in antioxidants and polyphenols, reflecting both the purity of our environment and the precision of our craftsmanship.

We nurture our olive trees using organic compost and natural clay treatments when necessary, while maintaining permanent ground cover to encourage biodiversity and soil vitality.

Our philosophy is simple: protect the land, honour tradition, and produce olive oil of remarkable character.

A Provençal Family Heritage

Farming has been part of our family for generations. Our olive grove was planted between 1996 and 2001 on the historic Domaine de Canfier, passed down from our paternal grandparents.

We restored the estate into a guest property surrounded by olive trees — a living testament to our agricultural roots.

Olive growing is also part of our maternal heritage, with family ties to the olive orchards of the Nice region.

Our Organic Olive Grove in the Luberon

Located in the village of Robion, within the Luberon Regional Natural Park (Vaucluse), our estate is entirely certified organic.

  • 10 hectares of olive groves
  • 3,000 olive trees
  • Natural fertilisation with plant-based compost
  • Biodiversity preserved through permanent grass cover
  • Annual pruning in early spring
  • Minimal intervention, using natural clay treatments when required

Every decision is guided by long-term respect for the land.

AOP Provence – A Guarantee of Origin and Excellence

Our olive oil holds the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) “Huile d’Olive de Provence”, ensuring full traceability, strict quality control, and recognition of traditional regional expertise.

We produce a single-varietal olive oil from the Aglandau olive, the emblematic variety of the Luberon.

Harvest takes place between November and December. Olives are hand-picked and cold-extracted within 24 hours to preserve freshness, aromatic complexity, and nutritional integrity.

Our oil is filtered for optimal conservation and maintains a naturally low acidity level (<0.5%).

  • Vitamin E
  • Monounsaturated fatty acids
